Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Textpik, a service of TextPik Limited Liability Company (“Textpik LLC”), a Wyoming, United States limited liability company (registration 2026-001986689), with its address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By using the service you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

1. The service

Textpik is a sports information provider. Through WhatsApp, it lets you log and follow, live, the games and selections you care about, with scores, alerts and results. Apart from billing its own subscription, Textpik does not receive, process or manage money, transactions or dealings between users and third parties, and it does not guarantee any outcome. The information it provides is for informational and personal tracking purposes only.

Textpik is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, team or competition. Their names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the games the service follows. Textpik uses WhatsApp to talk to you, but it is an independent service and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher, to use Textpik. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may close any account that we reasonably believe belongs to someone under that age.

3. Using the service lawfully

You are responsible for using Textpik in compliance with the laws that apply where you are. Textpik does not verify your location. Do not use the service in connection with any activity that is unlawful where you are.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not try to breach, overload or interfere with the platform.
• Do not impersonate anyone or provide false information.
• You are responsible for the activity carried out from your WhatsApp number.

5. Plans, payments and automatic renewal

Plans and prices. Both paid plans include unlimited tickets (a ticket is one selection or one group of selections you follow). If your WhatsApp number is a U.S. number, prices are in U.S. dollars, before tax: Unlimited launch plan, $14.68 per month plus tax in October and November 2026; from December 1, 2026, $19.95 per month plus tax if you joined during the launch, or $25.21 per month plus tax for new customers; or VIP Annual Pass, $202.63 plus tax, a one-time payment that covers 12 months. Other users see prices in Mexican pesos (MXN). The plan, its price and how often it is billed are shown in the WhatsApp chat and on the secure checkout page before you pay, and the price shown at checkout is the one you are charged. If sales or similar taxes apply, they are shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on your card issuer, the charge may be treated as an international transaction and include the issuer's own fees. Payments are processed by Stripe or, if you choose it, PayPal; Textpik never receives your full card number. Single tickets or ticket packs bought before these plans existed stay in your account and never expire.

Automatic renewal. Monthly plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel, every month, counted from the day you first paid. The VIP Annual Pass is a one-time payment that covers 12 months. At the start of each new period we charge the price of your plan to the payment method you used at checkout. If we ever change the price of your plan, we will tell you in the WhatsApp chat at least 7 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then. If a renewal payment fails, we will let you know in the chat, and your plan may stop working until the payment goes through.

How to cancel. You can cancel online at any time, for any reason: reply CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION in the WhatsApp chat (or open My plan in the menu) and you will get a secure link where you can cancel in a few clicks (if you pay with PayPal, it opens your PayPal automatic payments, where you can also cancel directly). You can also email info@textpik.com with the subject “Cancel my Textpik subscription,” from the email address you used at checkout or including the WhatsApp number on your account. We will confirm the cancellation in the WhatsApp chat or by email.

When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then it ends; you will not be charged again. If you asked to cancel before your renewal date and a renewal charge still goes through, we will refund that charge.

Refunds. Except as described above, payments are not refunded, including for partial periods or unused time on a monthly or annual plan, unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Using the information

The information Textpik provides is for informational purposes. Any decision you make based on it is your own, and the official results of each league or competition prevail over what the service shows. If you ask us to, we will close your Textpik account.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

8. Tracking accuracy and limitation of liability

Textpik reads the screenshots and messages you send with automated tools, including artificial intelligence, and follows your games with third-party sports data. Readings, live updates, alerts and results may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, so check the reading when Textpik asks you to confirm it. Official results always prevail: if anything Textpik shows you (a score, a stat or the status of a selection) differs from the official result of the league or competition, the official result is right. Do not rely on Textpik alone to make decisions.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Textpik makes no warranties about the service and is not liable for losses arising from decisions made based on the information it provides, from inaccurate third-party data (scores, stats, results) or from service interruptions, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits. To the extent permitted by law, Textpik’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Textpik in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some states do not allow some of these exclusions or limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

9. Intellectual property

The Textpik brand, logo, software and content are owned by Textpik or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version will be posted on this page with the date it was last updated. If a change materially affects your rights or your subscription, we will also let you know in the WhatsApp chat before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, to the extent the law of your country or state allows. If you live in the United States, this does not take away any protection that the consumer laws of your state give you and that cannot be waived by agreement; if you live in Mexico, you keep your rights as a consumer. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts. Before starting a claim, please write to us at info@textpik.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
